Our Privacy Commitments
1. Zero Prompts Stored: We process all API calls in-memory and immediately discard input text and completions once returned.
2. Zero Model Training: Your data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI foundation models.
3. Strict Anonymity: We do not track IP addresses, telemetry, or user behavior across our API gateway.
Data We Collect
The only information we retain is what is required to operate your account: your email address (for authentication and billing), your API key, and your credit balance. We do not collect browsing history, personal identifiers beyond email, or any content you submit through the API.
How Your Data Is Used
Your email is used solely to authenticate you and to send billing receipts and service notifications. It is never sold, shared, or used for marketing without your explicit consent.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers — Stripe handles card data securely and we only retain a customer reference ID for recurring billing and auto top-up.
Data Residency & Security
On our gateway, data is processed in volatile memory and wiped after each request; all traffic is encrypted in transit over TLS. We're verifying 100% renewable compute for upstream inference as our Phase 2 milestone — see the roadmap.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@ethicalaico.com. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
