Acceptable Use Policy
The Ethical AI Gateway provides high-speed API proxying for legitimate software applications, autonomous agents, and enterprise workflows. Use of the API for illegal exploits or malicious spam is strictly prohibited.
Data Privacy Guarantees
In accordance with Australian Privacy Principles, on our gateway user prompts and completions exist purely in ephemeral RAM and are released immediately upon API response completion. Upstream providers are disclosed via audit headers on every response.
Token Deposits & Balances
Prepaid USD compute balances are deducted in real-time as API calls process. Consumed compute tokens are non-refundable.
